Annual Corn Feed planned Aug. 13

The 45th annual Longfellow Corn Feed will be held Thur., Aug. 13 from 5:30-8pm. The event, held at Longfellow Park (3435 36th Ave. S.) features fresh roasted sweet corn for $2. There will be entertainment by Rising Star Productions. Vesuvios will be there with their wood-fired pizza, and a community business resource fair will be set up with informational booths. For the kids, there will be face painting, bounce houses, giant slide and obstacle courses. The Youth Activity fee is $1 per tickets, or $5 for an unlimited wristband.
