Garden club hosts Metro Blooms Oct. 14

Blooming_0212Laura Hurley, Environmental Project Manager for Metro Blooms, will speak at the Oct.  14 meeting of the Longfellow Garden Club. As you may have read in the article in last month’s Messenger, Metro Blooms is active with rain garden and alley programs to minimize stormwater runoff. You’ll learn about a new rain garden project coming to Longfellow and details about transforming alleys.
