GFS protest art exhibit

fter George Floyd was killed by Minneapolis police on May 25, 2020, people from all over the country and the world laid offerings at the memorial at 38th and Chicago. As the protest continues, the George Floyd Global Memorial invites the community to experience a rememory of a selection of these offerings, “Still here… Unstolen. Unbroken.” It will be on display in the Nokomis Gallery of the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center (3749 Chicago Ave. S) from the end of March through Juneteenth.
