This area looks like a third world! It’s crime infested and dangerous! Those ‘Holding Space need to be REMOVED and allow this area to be cleaned up an by the city and allow the community and businesses to recover from the lawlessness and return control of that intersection to the city!
An appropriate memorial plaque should be installed!
