Home security rebates back by popular demand
Home security rebates are available for homeowners, renters, and residential property owners in the four Nokomis East neighborhoods of Keewaydin, Minnehaha, Morris Park, and Wenonah. This is a first-come, first-served program.
Eligible participants can apply for up to $500 in matching grant funds. This is a one-to-one matching grant and a rebate project. Examples of eligible improvements may include but are not limited to doors, motion lights for your home, garage, and alley, alarm and camera systems. Ineligible expenses include window bars, ongoing maintenance and cost of security systems, and landscaping.
